Dr. John Herman Wolf, Jr.

John Herman Wolf, Jr. 84, of Reedsville, passed away Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Windy Hill Village with loving family by his side.  He was born November 15, 1934 in Grafton, a son of the late John Herman and Mary Anna (Blake) Wolf.  He was a loving husband and father. He graduated from WVU and Bowman Gray Medical School in NC. He practiced medicine in Morgantown as a pediatrician and allergist for 30 years. John finished 13 marathons and numerous shorter races. He also enjoyed skiing and hiking.

He is survived by his loving wife Tillie Dora (Snyder) Wolf; his daughter, Rebecca (Wolf) Harden, her husband Jim, their daughter, Rachel Harden; and two other grandchildren, Erich and Erin Wolf.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son, John Herman Wolf, III and a sister, Janet (Wolf) Savage.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no viewing or memorial service.
