Ruth M Overfield

         Ruth Marie Overfield 78, of Morgantown entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at her home surrounded by family.

She was born September 7, 1939 a daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Bessie Marie (Bevin) Fitchett. She was a member of the Morgantown First Church of the Nazarene.  Ruth was a seamstress. She liked to make wedding dresses and cakes. She had also worked in the County Clerks office.

She is survived by: her husband , Clifford Paul Overfield; three sons: Kirk Wesley Overfield and wife Mary Wise; David Lee Overfield; Robert Scott Overfield and wife Amy; daughter, Cynthia O. Frashier and husband Jimmy; eight grandchildren: Jordan, Nicole, Clifton, Madyson, Collin, Emily, Lilly, and Jack; two great-grandchildren: Allyson and Hudson. In addition to her parents, four brothers preceded her in death.

Friends may call at the Morgan Funeral Home in Reedsville on Saturday, January 6th, 2018 from 1:00 until the 3:00 pm Funeral Services with John Bolyard officiating.

Private interment will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
