Brenda Sue Goldsmith

Brenda Sue Goldsmith, 63 of Fellowsville, formerly of Clarksburg, passed away with her loving family by her side at Ruby Memorial Hospital on August 17, 2012. Brenda was born January 19, 1949 in Clarksburg daughter of the late Carl Edward and Dorthy Mae Carpenter Goldsmith. Brenda worked as a CNA for many years and last worked as an in home personal care giver. She was a very caring person who never met a stranger. She will be greatly missed and was loved by all. She is survived by her children, Teresa Weekley, Shirley, WV, Carmel and Allen Bolyard, Fellowsville, Toni Goldsmith and companion Donald Sharps, Fellowsville, Betty Bosley, Kingwood; Dedra and Steven Vest, Tunnelton, Wendy Ridenour, Richmond, VA; twelve grandchildren, Sgt. Tom Weekley and Emerald, Adam Weekley and Megan, Curt Bolyard and fiancé Amy Black, Jessie Bolyard and boyfriend Rob Cale, Frankie Goldsmith, Jamie Bolyard, Michael Bosley and Shelly"Ding", David Bosley and Angel, Scott Bosley, Shawna "Sister" Bosley, Josh Goldsmith and Steve Vest; ten great grandchildren, Collin, Michael "Peanut", Chamberlin "Chubby", Jazzy, Jayden, Courtney, Chelsie, Jason, Amy, Andrew and two on the way; one sister, Vicky and Ed Todd, Philippi; one brother, Robin Goldsmith and Connie, Philippi, numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Johnny Goldsmith; two brothers, Carl Goldsmith Jr. and Donald Goldsmith; two sisters, Linda Goldsmith, Josephine Zroske; one son-in-law, David Weekley; one nephew, Tony Todd. Family and friends will be received at Davis Funeral Home, Clarksburg on Monday from 3-8pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 11:00 am with Pastor Scott Whetzel officiating. Interment will follow at Hepzibah Cemetery.
