Connie J Bennett, 74, of Bridgeport passed away Monday May 28, 2012 at United Hospital Center. She was born January 6, 1938; daughter of Arthur and Madge Zickefoose Snyder. She was married fifty seven years to Marshall "Joe" Bennett. Along with her husband Joe, she is survived by three children; Joyce Bott and husband Mark of Munhall, PA; Jan Rolfes of Bridgeport; JoLynn Lucas and her husband Arthur Sprinkel of Frederick, MD; six grandchildren; Olivia, Aaron and Alaina Bott, Bennett and Melissa Rolfes; John Lucas; one brother; Kenneth Snyder and wife Nancy of Glenwillard, PA; Connie was preceded in death by one son-in-law; Edward A Rolfes; one sister; Bernadine Carpenter. Connie loved animals, especially her Maltese Charlie and her Yorkie Brandi and Nora the Cat. She also enjoyed reading. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
