Connie Lee (McKinney) Radabaugh, 96, of Masontown, passed away January 12, 2025 at New Horizon Living Center in Kingwood, WV. She was born November 30, 1928 in Reedsville, WV of parents Russell and Sina McCoy McKinney. She is survived by three children: a son, David P. Radabaugh Jr. of Richmond VA; a daughter, Ann Radabaugh of Morgantown, WV; and a son, Scott Radabaugh of Masontown, WV. She is also survived by a grandson, David Paul Radabaugh III and wife Haley, a grand-daughter, Alia Joyce Radabaugh, and a great-grandson Dashiell Radabaugh all of Richmond, VA; many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years, David Paul Radabaugh, three sisters: June Morel, Verda Jones, and Susie Taylor and a daughter-in-law Sharon Radabaugh.
Connie served several years on the board of the Preston-Taylor Community Health Council Clinics. She had been a member of the Masontown Homemakers Club, Ex-Service Wives club, and the Thursday Morning Coffee Bowling League. She was member of the Masontown United Methodist Church. She displayed her pressed flower pictures at the Preston County Buckwheat Festival for several years. She spent her days caring for her family, gardening, sewing, quilting, knitting, painting and cooking. Specialties of Connie's were pepperoni rolls, bean salad, and buckwheat cakes and sausage. She was always busy with some sort of project or crafts.
A special thanks for Amedisys Hospice and especially everyone at the New Horizons Living Center for the special care she received from them. Connie donated her body to the Human Gift Registry. A memorial service will be planned at a later date.
