Diana Faye Johnson Moore

Diana Faye Johnson Moore, 50 of Newburg passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013 at home. She was born March 22, 1962 in Kingwood, daughter of Edward Charles and Agnes Faye Haskiell Johnson of Newburg. Diana graduated from West Preston High School. Diana worked at Windy Hill Manor in Kingwood for several years and was a devoted caregiver to the patients as if they were her own family. She also worked at Wal-Mart in Morgantown. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, known as "Grams". Diana loved spending time with family and especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed being outside, camping, baking, spoiling her pets, and restoring Ford Mavericks with her husband. Diana is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Michael Allen Moore; two sons, Michael Scott Moore and Danielle, of Newburg, Charles Allen Moore, Newburg; two grandchildren, Sabrina Michelle Moore and Michael Scott Moore Jr.; four sister Barbara Bowman and James "Jimmy" of Newburg, Debra "Debbie" Brady and Robert of Morgantown, Karen Smith and Ed of Newburg, Kimberly DelSignore and John of Fellowsville; mother-in-law, Anna Williams Moore of Thornton; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, George and Georgia McCrobie Haskiell and paternal grandparents, Ed and Nellie Jefferies Johnson; father-in-law, Arthur J Moore. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Wednesday, January 16, 2013 from 3-8 pm, and Thursday, January 17, 2013, from 9am until the service at 12 noon with the Pastor Delbert Lyons officiating.
