Frances Dora "Patty" Stemple

Frances Dora "Patty" Stemple, 70 of Tunnelton, WV passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at her residence with family by her side. She was born May 16, 1942 in Newburg, daughter of the late Roscoe Clifton and Eva Mae Johnson Barker. Patty worked as a Home Health Aide for Preston Memorial Hospital for 11 years. She loved to watch tv, gardening, being outdoors and shopping with her daughter. She is survived by her loving daughter, Jaime Lee Stemple, Tunnelton and her fuzzy four legged babies; three sisters, Barbara Mitter, Newburg, Linda Dean and husband Eddie, Rowlesburg, Genevieve Stemple and husband William, Alexandria, VA; four brothers, Jerry Barker, Paul Barker, Roy Barker and wife Lulabelle, and Charles Barker all of Newburg; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by five sisters, Shirley McNafee, Mary McGinnis, Margaret Goff, Bonnie Wiles and Betty Filancia. Family and friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, WV, Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 4-8 pm, and Sunday, April 28, 2013 from noon until time of service at 3 pm with Pastor Delbert Lyons officiating.
