Franklin Homer Millican, 73, of Masontown, WV, passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at his home. He was born in Toledo, Ohio, son of the late Charles Vincent Millican and Wilma Jane (Bolyard) Millican.
Franklin had worked in the Daugherty Mine. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing bingo and working on cars. Franklin was an excellent cook and loved to eat. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
Franklin is survived by his wife of 46 years, Deborah Ann (Molisee) Millican; two daughters, Tammy (Ronnie) Wilson, of Kentucky, Candy Millican, of Masontown; five grandchildren, Kate, Devin, Dusty, Keegan, Kylan; one great grandson, Isaiah; two brothers, James (Helena) Millican, John Millican; one sister, Jane (Greg) Kamradt; and several nieces and nephews.
Franklin was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Charles “Ed” Millican and William “Bill” Millican.
