JoAnna Marie Barber-Moats, infant daughter of French TJ Moats and Brandy Nickole Barber, Independence passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 22, 2012 at Morgantown, WV. Surviving are one sister, Trinity Rose Moats; her maternal grandparent, Shirley and Floyd Barber, Independence; Paternal grandparent, Debra and French Moats, Tunnelton; maternal great grandmother, Shirlene Barber, Grafton, maternal great grandfather, Floyd A Barber, Marquess; several aunts, uncles and cousins. JoAnna was preceded in death by one sister, Emily JoAnn Moats, her great grandparents, Delbert and Freda Tusing, French T and Rosie Moats and Cecil Sr and Edna Lipscomb Moats. Family and Friends will be received at Bolyard Funeral Home Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 6-8 pm and graveside services will be held Friday, August 31, 2012 at 11am at Mount Israel Cemetery, Marquess.
