John J Minardi

John J. Minardi, age 98, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, August 15, 2012. He was born August 11, 1914 in Clarksburg, WV, to the late Joseph and Rose Minardi. John retired from Richmond Brothers Clothing Company as the manager after 25 years of service. He enjoyed playing golf, gardening, visiting with his mall friends and watching sports. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Ernestine (Coffman) in 1997. John is survived by his daughter, Marie Luck; grandson, Kevin Luck and two great granddaughters; two sisters, one brother and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, August 19, 2012 in the Davis Funeral Home in Clarksburg, WV from 3 to 8 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, August 20, 2012 at 10:00 am in the funeral home with the Reverend Etheldean Yanero officiating. Interment will follow in the Lumberport Lions Club Cemetery. The Davis Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
