Mary Loretta (Davis) Wolfe

Mary Loretta Wolfe, 84, of Louisville, Ohio went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. She was a first-generation descendant of Arthurdale, West Virginia,  homesteaders, born July 19, 1938, one of 11 children to the late Frank and Annabel Davis.

Mary was a member of Arthurdale Heritage Society, Louisville Garden Club and Calvary Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed working in her gardens, traveling and doing puzzles. Mary will be dearly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth D. Livengood, Sr.; grandson, Donnie Hobson III; step-sons, Larry Wolfe and Paul Seibert; five brothers and one sister.

Mary is survived by her husband of 18 years, Joseph; children, JoBeth (Donn II) Hobson, Glenice (Jeff) VanDorsten, Kenneth D. Livengood Jr., Todd R. (Becky) Livengood and Amy K. (Dwayne) Shephard; step-children, Roger Wolfe, Roy (Karen) Seibert and Vincent Seibert; grandchildren, Amanda Hobson, Joshua Livengood, Jared Dingler, Michaela Livengood, Marissa Livengood, Emma (Gerrad) Williams, Cole Livengood, Allie Shephard, Luke Shephard and Ryan Shephard; many step -grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Reed Funeral Home Canton Chapel, 705 Raff Rd. SW Canton, Ohio 44710 from 10am to 12pm with services to follow at 12pm

Additional services will be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at Arthurdale Community Presbyterian Church in Arthurdale, WV., family will receive friends from 11am to 12pm with services to follow at 12pm with Pastor Terry Hagedorn officiating. Burial will follow in Arthurdale Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Home in Reedsville, WV is entrusted with services in West Virginia.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Calvary Church of the Nazarene or Arthurdale Heritage Society.
