Mogan Monroe Richmond

Morgan Monroe Richmond, 68, of Clarksburg passed away June 5, 2012 at his residence with his family around. Morgan was born December 4, 1943; son of the late Samuel and Erma Richmond. He is survived by four sisters; Jean Minks of St Marys, WV; Myra Walters and husband Arthur of Clarksburg; Karen Richmond of Morgantown; Nancy Mason and husband Ralph of Enterprise; one brother; Leonard Richmond of Clarksburg; one sister in law; Kathy Richmond of Farmington, PA. Along with his parents, Morgan was preceded in death by one sister; Cathy Asher; one brother; William "Bill" Richmond. Morgan was a very religious man who enjoyed reading his bible, restoring and collecting guns and photography. Family and friends will be received Friday June 8, 2012 from 11:00AM-1:00PM; funeral service will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton at 2:00PM. Military graveside services will be accorded by the VFW Memorial City Post #3081, American Legion Taylor County Post #12, Central WV DAV Chapter 24, and their auxiliaries, and the WV Army National Honor Guard of Camp Dawson.
