Nicholas "Nick" Corey Britton

Nicholas Corey Britton, 36, of Arthurdale joined his mom in eternal rest on Monday, September 13th, 2021, from Preston Memorial Hospital in Kingwood, surrounded by his loving family. He was born January 23, 1985 in Kingwood. Nick enjoyed his work in the gas industry, operating heavy equipment. His interest was instilled by his grandfather, Roy, who taught him about tractors and farming, while helping to raise him. 

He is survived by his fishing buddies, his two sons: Braxton and Corey and their mother Tiffany; his companion, Rhoda Gamble; grandparents: Roy Britton, Jr. and Nellie and grandmother, Linda (Bishop) and Bernard “Tub” King, Jr.; Uncle: Tony Britton; Aunts: Marcia Hughes, Andrea Beckman, Angie Casino, and Trina Britton and many cousins.

Nick was preceded in death by his mother, Darla Sheree Britton; his uncle, Mike Britton, and his Aunt: Danielle. A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, September 19th at 3PM in the Together4Christ Ministries in Kingwood, WV, with Pastor Kelly Gamble officiating.
