Rose Marie (Gregg) Snider

Rose Marie (Gregg) Snider, 72 of Masontown, WV departed for heaven on Thursday, October 19th 2023, with family by her side. Rose Marie was born in Morgantown, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph T. Gregg and Catherine (Biafore) Gregg.

Rose Marie and her late husband, Harold K. Snider, owned and operated Snider Ceramic Tile and Three Corner Farm in Masontown. She has earned various awards and accolades from Preston County FFA, 4-H Clubs, and Preston County Livestock Association, throughout the many years she volunteered for these organizations. Rose Marie had a passion for dancing, cooking, and cake decorating. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Rose Marie is survived by three daughters: Cari Snider Bradley(Wade), Sheri Snider-Ennis(Tony) and Mistie Snider(Michael); six grandchildren, Courie Friend (Tyler), Marissa Hunter(Caleb), Jon Wyatt Ennis, Elizabeth Ennis, Lauren Bradley, and Jack Bradley(Serena); her companion, Charlie Carper, special friends, Dessie Snyder, and Pam Stickly; two siblings, her sister, Mary Jo Carpenter(Robert), and her brother; several brothers and sisters-in-law; and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband Harold K. Snider; one son, Kirk Lee Snider; one granddaughter, Aurora Dawn Myers; her brother, Frank Gregg; and in laws, Johnny and Mary (Sharp) Snider.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home, 13411 Veterans Memorial Hwy, Reedsville, WV on Monday, October 23rd, from 3 to 8 pm. A vigil service will be conducted at 7:30 pm at the funeral home on Monday. A liturgy outside of Mass will be conducted at the funeral home, Tuesday, October 24th at 11 am. Father Joseph Abraham officiating.  Interment will follow at Masontown 11Cemetery.
