Ruby Marie Wilson Nicewarner

Ruby Marie Wilson Nicewarner, 87 of Woodlands, TX, formerly of Bridgeport went home to be with the Lord on September 6, 2012 at home. She was born on February 22, 1925 in Clarksburg, daughter of the late French Wilson and Dolly Wilson Madera. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Joe Nicewarner whom she married on January 27, 1946 and a great granddaughter, Charity Elliott. Ruby is survived by one daughter, Margaret and husband Ken Adams of Woodlands, TX with whom she had made her home the last sixteen years; one son, Mike and wife Joan Nicewarner of Bridgeport; seven grandchildren, Brian, Mark and Eric Adams, Todd Adams and wife Kelly all of Texas, Ginger Johnson and husband Jody, Clarksburg, Amie Elliott and husband John of Kentucky, Jayson Nicewarner and wife Aimee of Morgantown; fourteen great grandchildren, Brooke and Matthew Sandy, Damaris, Nick and Zach Elliott, Randall, Ryleigh, Ryan, Kati and Shelby Adams, Cassie, Kayla, Luke and Jeremiah Johnson. She graduated from Victory High School Class of 1942. Ruby was a member of the Eastern Star and Pythian Sisters. She was a former member of Simpson Creek Baptist Church and was a current member of First Baptist Church in Woodlands, TX. Family and friends will be received at Davis Funeral Home, Clarksburg, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 6-8 PM. Private graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 13, 2012 with Pastor Michael Hopkins presiding. Interment will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
