Ruth Ann (Chidester) Everly, 80, of Reedsville entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 5th, 2020 at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown. She was born June 27th, 1940 in Kingwood a daughter of the late Willis Oscar and Irene Elma (Sisler) Chidester. She worked for 25 years at Sterling Faucet.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Everett Darrell Everly; three daughters and spouses: Deb and Rick Devall of Morgantown; Kim and Bob Curtis of Arthurdale; Melissa and Tim Gillespie of Reedsville; one son and spouse: Rob and Tammy Everly of Morgantown; grandchildren: April Ferguson (Michael), Ricky (Olivia) Duvall, Dustin (Rachel) Curtis, Chuck Curtis, Justin Everly, Michael Everly, Scotty (Kat) Dixon, Abby Gillespie (Theron), and Tyler Dixon; great grandchildren: Sydney, Brooklyn, & Kylie Curtis, Parker, CJ Ferguson, Bell & Grace Duvall; sisters: Jenny "Bunny" Bailey of NC, Wendy (Rick) Mallow of Petersburg, Jean Tomblin of Moundsville, Willa Garletts of OH; brother, Robert Chidester (Carolyn) of Kingwood; sisters-in-law: Helen Nazerod, Judy (Roger) Tasker; brother-in-law: Bud (Dolly) Everly; several nieces and nephews; and special fur companion “Daisy”.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death her sisters: Francis (John) Crippen, Brenda Chidester, and Margaret Casteel; brother, Gary Chidester; brothers-in-law: Don (Peggy) Everly and Ron Nazelrod; and sisters-in-law; Bonnie (Bob) Cuppett, Shirley (Bud) Shaffer, .
Graveside services at the Bethlehem Cemetery will be Friday, December 11th, 2020 at 12 noon, with Pastor James E. “Eddie” Martin officiating.
