Susan Agnes Hinkley

Susan Agnes Hinkley, age 57, of Yates Ave., Grafton, formerly of Tokoma Park, MD, passed away, Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at her residence. She was born November 20, 1954, in South Charleston, WV, a daughter of the late Emery Hinkley and Mildred (Adkins) Hinkley who survives of Hurricane, WV. Susan was a 1973 graduate of Mt. Vernon Academy and a graduate of Columbia Union College. She was an Accountant and had been employed at Health South of Morgantown. She was a member of the Sligo Seventh Day Adventist Church. In addition to her mother she is survived by: her companion, Timothy A. Bucklew, of Grafton, two sisters, Beverly Dikerson and husband Steven, of KY, and Stephanie Stone and husband Samuel, of Germantown, MD; one brother, Michael Hinkley and wife Irene, of Hurricane, WV; 10 nieces and nephews; two step children, Lindsey Bucklew, of Bethesda, MD, and Kyle Bucklew, of Hagerstown, MD; and her friend and companion's mother, Mary Ann Bucklew, of Buchannon, WV. She was preceded in death by one brother, Steven Hinkley. It was her wish that she be cremated. There will be no funeral services at this time. Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave., Grafton, is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Grafton Seventh Day Adventist Church, 405 W Main Street, Grafton, WV 26354-1150.
