William "Bill" Riley Poling

William Riley “Bill” Poling, 82, of Newburg, WV, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025, at Kingwood Healthcare Center.  Born August 2, 1943, in Morgantown, WV, he was the son of the late Wilbert Poling and Leatha Alberta (Adams) Poling.

Bill is survived by his wife of 19 years, Lori “Tiny” Ann (Radabaugh) Poling; two nieces, Deborah Westbrook and her husband, Richard, and Kandi Shafer; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; sister in-law Frances and her husband Justin Eisenhofer; and his in-laws, Robert and Rebecca Radabaugh.

A hardworking man, Bill was employed at several sawmills and later at the Preston County Sheltered Workshop.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Wilbert Poling (Wilma), and his nephew Kenneth Wayne Poling.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff and residents of Kingwood Healthcare Center for their friendship and love during Bill’s stay, where he especially enjoyed playing bingo and visiting.

Friends may gather at Morgan Funeral Home in Reedsville, WV, on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12:00 p.m., officiated by Rev. Dr. Lisa Fox. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
