Wilma Earldine Gerrard

Wilma Earldine Gerrard, of Buckhannon, passed peacefully at St. Joseph Hospital on May 5, 2013 in her 94th year. She was born August 27, 1918 in Wallace, WV; daughter of the late William Earl Scott and Maude Mae Hurst Scott. She is survived by two daughters, Nancy Moffett and husband Tommy of Wilmington, NC; Judy Nestor and husband Don of Buckhannon, WV; four grandchildren, Shawna Kerekes and husband Ken of Marquette, MI, Sharece Teter and husband Jake of Wilmington, NC, Mendy Nestor of Pittsburgh, PA, and Ryan Nestor and wife Destiny of Morgantown, WV; six great grandchildren; Quinn, Dakotah, Logan, Ashton, Derika and Ava. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Vernor Webb Gerrard, four brothers, Lyle Scott, Jack Scott, William Scot, and Edward Scott. Wilma was the former President of the Sardis Sat. Senior Club and was a member of the Hope Natural Gas Blue Flame Auxillary. Visitation will be Tuesday, May7, 2013 from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM at Davis Funeral Home, Route 98, Nutter Fort; services will be held Wednesday May 8, 2013 at 2:00PM in the Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend James Loar officiating.
